Originating from Hawaii, founding Principal Mark Chenchin has nearly 30 years of practicing experience in the US and Asia: 12 years at Internationally renowned SCDA Architects, as an Associate Director leading projects around the globe, and a decade in San Francisco, obtaining his CA Architect License and LEED Certification while practicing at LMSA (AIA National 2017 Architecture Firm of the Year), TB&P, and Group 4.

With extensive experience in Residential, Office & Mixed Use, Hospitality, Planning, Civic, and Commercial typologies, his range spans from early Conceptual Design through Construction, including Sustainable Design.
